对于中国民间的“主权高于人权”论,实在让人困惑。如果位尊权重,担心“人权”发达使自己权力受到削弱和限制、使自己的利益受到损害,还可以理解。那些没有权力和权利的草民,备受官府权力的欺压,却拼命的去强调“主权”来压制人权,真是滑天下之大稽。他们不知是天生糊涂还是智力低下,中国目前(除了钓鱼岛、俄国侵吞我们的土地之外)根本没有多少主权麻烦,就算有,也是在中国中央政府有能力和责任去处理的范围内,相比而言,中国人的人权问题却相当严重。可是,正是这些普通民众竟然自己跳出来用“主权”来压制自己的“人权”,在有公民意识的人看来,世界上没有比这更傻、更天真的,也就是:too young, too simple, sometimes na?ve。当然还有一批文人,好像识几个字,还会舞文弄墨,也在那里睁眼说瞎话,大谈主权高于人权,对于这种奴性之劣,人格之贱已深入骨髓的文人,我们就不浪费笔墨了。
