蒙古学文献专家德力格尔简介

德力格尔，男，蒙古族，副研究馆员，蒙古国国立大学外国语言文化学院博士生。联合国教科文组织游文化学会会员、中国图书馆学会会员、内蒙古社会科学联合会会员。蒙古学和蒙古学文献学专家，蒙授英语专家。1961年7月1日出生于内蒙古自治区昭乌达盟（赤峰市）阿鲁科尔沁旗。1987年参加工作（从内蒙古大学硕士研究生毕业后留校任教）。
专业特长：具有能使用蒙古语（吉里尔蒙古文）、汉语、英语等三种语言进行教学科研工作能力，本科生和留学生教学经验丰富，讲课生动幽默，学术态度认真细致，深受国内外学生的好评；擅长于蒙古语言文学教学、蒙授英语教学、蒙-英-汉授蒙古文化教学、蒙汉英互译、蒙汉语授课图书情报学教学和文献学研究、业务与行政管理；蒙古文文献的数字化与网络化技术研究等。还有蒙古文书法、民族雕刻等业余爱好。

1985-2006年，任内蒙古大学和国际教育学院历届外国留学生课程，（用蒙、英、汉语讲课）。

在北京师范大学与美国布法罗大学合办的英语培训中心学习。
2006- 攻读蒙古国国立大学外国语言文化学院博士生。
1996-2006
任内蒙古大学图书馆蒙古学及其他学科信息咨询部主任，主持本单位教学科研、咨询服务工作外，主要从事文献研究开发、数字化研究、咨询和教学、网站建设和电子会标翻译设计等工作。并承担《少数民族文献学与数字化研究》（内蒙古大学各专业本科生选修课，用蒙汉语授课）、《蒙授英语教学》（内蒙古大学民族预科斑外语教学）《蒙授生如何学习外语》（讲座，用蒙、汉、英语授课，PowerPoint 课件讲稿显示）、《蒙古文化系列讲座》（用蒙、汉、英语讲，PowerPoint 课件讲稿显示，各大专院校、企事业单位聘讲讲座），《今日内蒙古与蒙古文化课程》（内蒙古大学美国留学生课程，英语讲，PowerPoint 课件讲稿显示，有时到实地实习）。兼任多文种网站设计、多文种会标的翻译和平面设计、蒙古学信息资料的蒙、汉、英互译等工作。
1985-2006，曾多次担任过国际蒙古学学术会议或国际商业活动英、蒙、汉翻译、各大专院校蒙授生英语教师。如1987年内蒙古大学第一届国际蒙古学学术讨论会、1990年北京亚运会、2002年中国-法国-蒙古国高速公路洽谈会、2005年中国第一届国际蒙古学学术讨论会等大型重要会议的英-蒙-汉翻译等。
1994-2000 任国际图联基金项目、国家社会科学基金会项目《〈中国蒙古文古籍总目〉及建立其数据库》副主编。
1994-2004
任国际图联基金项目、国家社会科学基金会项目《蒙古文〈甘珠尔·丹珠尔〉（大藏经）目录及建立其数据库》副主编。
1998--2004任国家教育部CALIS特色库金资助项目〈〈蒙古文机读目录软件研究开发〉〉、《建立蒙古文图书数据库》小组副组长。
2002-2005 国家社科基金项目《在西部大开发中的地方文献的开发研究》，副主编。
2005-2006 国家民委项目《中国少数民族古籍提要：内蒙古卷》，常务副主编。
1996年、2002年、2003年被评为优秀部主任，1997年被评为优秀教师，2000年被评为全国华北地区高校图书馆界先进个人。积极参加国内外学术活动，经常在国内外公开发表出版有关图书情报学、蒙古学、蒙授英语教学、少数民族文献数字化等方面的学术论著或专著（用蒙古文、汉文、英文撰写）或诗歌、散文、美术作品等100多部。有些科研成果曾获国家级或区级奖多次，并被多次参考引用、或译成其他文字转载过。主持编制或撰写的《中国蒙古文古籍总目》、《蒙古文甘珠尔丹珠尔目录》、《英语语法》（蒙古文版，全国高等学校通用教材）等书填补了国内民族图书目录和民文外语教学的空白，特别是《蒙授英语教学研究》一文，提出适合民族地区实际的,能够解决蒙语授课生外语水平悬殊, 师资状况薄弱等复杂问题的有效教学理论和方案。认为开展蒙语讲授外语课程是实现和完善民族教育体系的有力措施, 并且十分适合蒙语授课生实际情况, 直接消除语言障碍, 少走弯路, 能较好地发挥蒙古语言文字的优势, 以最快的速度可达到最理想的成绩，会有效地节省教学和学习时间、精力、财力, 提高教学效益的方法。这些作品受到了学术界和广大师生的普遍关注，《英语语法》一书已成为全国蒙授生必备外语手册，出现了供不应求的情况，为满足广大读者的需求，著者认真修改后2004年修订出版了该书第二版。
在蒙古文文献的数字化研究与网络化研究方面，也得到了一定的科研成果，特别是德力格尔先生主持创办的蒙古学信息网

http://www.surag.net/mjn ，得到了广大读者、学术界、各级领导的广泛支持、欢迎和关注。蒙古学信息网于２００５年３月３０日开通，主要整合报道国内外蒙古学、相关民族学最新研究动态、报道、论著和连接相关网站网址等。该网开通以来，前后搜集整合报道了国内外蒙古学信息和学术论著4000多篇，始终保持每天更新内容，目前日均提供网页形式咨询服务700多人次，总共40万多人次，并点击率正在日益提高。中国蒙古文期刊网，于２００５年４月１８日开通。目前正在开始制做入选优秀学术期刊论著的全文数据库。原文全文数据附有论文题目蒙古文题名、汉译题名、汉译内容提要、英译提名和拉丁转写提名等。使用ＰＤＦ图象处理办法，成功解决了在ＩＮＴＥＲＮＥＴ环境下可以查看或浏览蒙古文原文数据的难题，读者可以不受时间和地点的限制，在全球范围内可以查阅我国蒙古文期刊信息资源。该网站收录以蒙古学为主的用蒙古文出版的期刊杂志，旨在为蒙古学的学习研究搭建一个通畅、迅捷的交流平台，为我国蒙古学界提供优质的服务。该网站国内首次成功开通了在网络环境下能够浏览古典蒙古文全文数据库的网站和制作了民族文字检索引擎，填补了我国这一研究领域的空白。
