香港乐施会,7个招聘职位更新

香港乐施会是一个建基于中华人民共和国香港特别行政区的犭虫立的发展和救援机构,跨越种族、性别、宗教和政治的界限,与政府部门,社会各界及贫穷人群合作,一起努力解决贫穷问题,并让贫穷人群得到尊重和关怀。助人自助是香港乐施会的宗旨和目标。现在我们正为以下七个职位进行招募:

职位一

Communications Officer (Media) --China Unit

(Based in Bei Jing , 3-year contract)

Main Areas of Responsibility:


1.      To develop and implement effective and innovative media strategies to support organizational objectives, programs, advocacy/campaign and communications work;

2.      To promote brand recognition, positive profiling and public support for OHK and its work through media activities;

3.      To assist program officers with necessary media/communications work around public events eg. press conferences, including media logistics and pushing specific stories to the press;

4.      To assist in writing, preparing and editing of press releases, external campaign materials, reports and other OHK’s publications targeting the media;

5.      To monitor the media trends, and to maintain an up-to-date list of media outlets and other related information of the media;

6.      To develop and maintain strong relationships with the media via eg. informal briefings and information provision;

7.      To undertake any other duties, as appropriate to the post, as delegated by the line manager.

Requirements:

1.            At least 2 years experiences working in media bodies, in particular, those related to international press;

2.            Degree in journalism/communications desirable;

3.            Excellent written and spoken both English and Chinese;

4.            English writing and editing experience desirable;

5.            Computer and internet skills, including desktop publishing and database search;

6.            Able to work constructively and collaboratively with team members;

7.            Able to work independently with high degree of initiative in pressurized environment;

8.            Proven interest in poverty and development work.

工作职责

1.      被聘用的项目官员将负责制定与执行中国贫穷与发展的研究与倡导策略。具体工作范围包括:从宏观与微观角度研究中国贫穷与发展的趋势及其挑战,扶贫政策发展;制定相应的深入研究策略、政策建议与及探讨创新的扶贫发展办法以及策略性传播;为香港乐施会以至中国的发展工作社群提供参考

2.      通过与科研机构,政府相关部门或及民间组织合作开展研究,在项目的审批、审核、评估过程中掌握及执行相关研究策略。

3.      犭虫立进行研究项目。

4.      开展发展工作研究与实践的交流平台。

5.      具备策略性支持能力,与科研机构、政府部门或民间组织发展积极合作关系。

6.      通过信息交流、协作、联络与跨领域交流等方式为中国部提供强有力的研究支持。

7.      研究官员将与机构其它部门如筹款部、政策和公共教育部、及其他相关乐施会的工作人员联系与合作,支持其他相关的宣传、教育及政策倡导工作。

8.      向研究与发展中心主任负责。


成功申请者必须具备以下条件:

1.          硕士或以上学历、具有发展研究的相关学术背景,如社会学、人类学、传播学发展学、经济学、国际关系、社会工作、或相关社会科学;

2.          至少具备三年及以上在社会团体、科研或新闻机构的相关工作经验;

3.          具备对以上研究范围进行策划议题能力;

4.          具备犭虫立设计、评估与进行研究的能力;

5.          具备对以上研究范围进行策略性传播的能力;

6.          对公益性社会团体的环境与工作有所认识;

7.          具备有社会文化敏感性和创造性的沟通技巧;

8.          主动及犭虫立工作的能力,及团队工作的能力;

9.          流利的普通话及优秀的中文读写能力,有良好英语能力更佳;

10.      适应经常性的出差。

11.      申请者如未符合研究官员的条件,将考虑聘请为助理研究官员。

职位三:




Research Officer – Research and Development Centre

China Unit

(3-year contract)

  • We are looking for one appointed Research Officer, who is responsible for formulating research and advocacy strategy on the changing and emerging trends of poverty, poverty reduction policy, and thus the challenges, in-depth research and policy research recommendations, explorations of innovative approaches, for Oxfam and the development community of China as reference.

·         To manage and implement the research strategy by working closely with research institutions, related government bodies, or other NGOs, in the process of project management and joint work.

·         To conduct research independently.

·         To develop an exchange platform for development researchers and practitioners.


    S/He is required to develop and maintain positive working relations with government and non-government groups through strategic funding and non-funding support
    Report to the Head of Research and Development Centre
    S/He will serve as a resource person on research support and assist the China Unit in strengthening the overall program through exchanges of information, collaboration on initiatives, liaison and cross-team learning
  • S/He will also liaise with other staff in fundraising and policy & public education units as well as with relevant Oxfam affiliates for informational, educational and policy advocacy needs in areas under her/his responsibilities

Requirements:

      1A master degree or above, with relevant academic background in development studies, sociology, anthropology, communication, economics, international relations, social work, or related social sciences disciplines; related research experience, or working experience in development work is preferable.

      2At least 3 years of relevant working experience in NGOs, research setting, or news media.

      3Excellent analysis and strategizing on the research areas as above mentioned

      4Competence in formulating, review and conducting research independently

      5Familiarity with NGO setting and work

      6Skilled in persuasion work that is culturally sensitive and creative

      7Self-motivated and with ability to work independently, and also in team work

      8Fluency in written Chinese and spoken Putonghua is a must. Have knowledge of English is desirable

      9Ability to travel frequently as required.

职位四:


Program Officer – China’s International Development (CID) - China Unit

(Based in Bei Jing , 3-year contract)

The Program Officer is a member of the PEPC Team of the China Unit, and reports to the PEPC Manager. S/he is required to work closely and collaborate with other PEPC members, other teams of Oxfam Hong Kong (OHK), as well as Oxfam International and Oxfam affiliates.



Main Areas of Responsibility:



1.          To develop together with other concerned fellow colleagues, teams and units of OHK the overall strategies for the CID work which focuses on the impacts of the Chinese investment, aid and trade on the poverty issues of other countries;

2.          To deliver the agreed strategies and operation plans with fellow colleague(s);

3.          To conduct research on CID issues;

4.          To build and consolidate relationship and/or partnerships with government departments, enterprises, think tanks, researchers and civil society organizations, as required by the operation plans;

5.          To coordinate the priorities and concerted efforts among relevant units in OHK and Oxfam International and Affiliates through proactive and effective communications;

6.          To provide support for policy initiatives of OHK’s partners in China, as well as in program-covered countries;

7.          To undertake any duties, as appropriate to the post, as delegated by the line-manager.

Requirements:

1.        Preferably Master-and-above degree in international relations, political economy, development studies, or other related social sciences

2.        Work experiences with high-level national government departments and affiliates is important;

3.        Work experiences in Chinese/international civil society organizations and/or Chinese corporations (eg state-owned enterprises and/or small-to-medium sized companies) is an asset;

4.        Demonstrated knowledge of and identification with the values of OHK;

5.        Strong knowledge in CID issues;

6.        Good knowledge about private sector mechanisms and process;

7.        Basic knowledge about the civil society and non-profit sector in China;

8.        Strategic thinking and analytical skills;

9.        Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills;

10.    Advanced command of English and Chinese (Mandarin) use;

11.    Ability to work both in team and independently with merely general instructions,

12.    Proficient skills in Microsoft office applications

13.    Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines

14.     Ability to travel frequently as required

Programme Officer – Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

China Unit (based in Beijing office)

(3-year contract)



A.         Location:                          Based in Beijing Office



B.       Responsible to:               Manager, Public Education, Policy and Communications (PEPC) Team, China Unit



C.         Relations with others:

The Program Officer is a member of the PEPC Team of the China Unit, and reports to the PEPC Manager. S/he is required to work closely and collaborate with other PEPC members, other teams of Oxfam Hong Kong (OHK), as well as Oxfam International and its affiliates.



D.         Responsibilities:

1.           To develop overall strategies for the CSR work, together with other concerned fellow colleagues, teams and units of OHK;

2.           To deliver the agreed strategies and operation plans with fellow colleague(s);

1.           A 3-year contract based in Beijing;

2.           No expatriate package for the position;

职位六:

项目审计师(Project Auditor-中国部

(三年合约驻昆明)

工作职责

1.          推动和完善乐施会的内控制度,推动合作伙伴内控制度建设和财务管理水平的提高,保障公益资金的有效使用和向有关各方的问责要求;

2.          根据工作计划,对乐施会中国部及由合作伙伴实施的的项目实施内部审计,并提出审计报告;

3.          项目审计师在实施审计前,应对将要进行审计的项目作全面的了解,包括熟悉项目背景、合作协议、项目建议书、项目内容、项目实施过程、预算等方面的情况,并拟定审计计划;

4.          审计过程中,项目审计师应本着真实和公正的原则,对项目财务进行认真细致的查对核实,数额较大的项目还应该到现场察看。对自己不熟悉的工作领域等,需尽力以各种形式咨询专家意见;

5.          项目审计师根据审计中发现的财务薄弱环节,有针对性地及时对项目合作伙伴和项目点的基层财务人员开展多种形式的培训,如财会基础知识讲解、专题讲座、个别辅导等;

6.          向中国部项目官员提供财务培训和介绍财务监督的方法与技巧。根据工作需要,与机构其他团队进行有效沟通和合作。

7.          协助财务同事完成部分报表编制和财务核算工作。



成功申请者必须具备以下条件:

1.          具有财会专业本科及以上学历,至少五年财务工作经验,其中至少具备三年外部审计或内部审计工作经验,有丰富的财务支出审计经验者优先;

2.          认同香港乐施会的理念和价值,具备中国非政府组织领域的基本知识;

3.          拥有会计、审计或中国注册会计师职业资格;

4.          具备较强协调能力及沟通能力;

5.          良好的职业操守;

6.          英文CET4级以上,能用英语进行日常的邮件书写;

7.          熟练掌握计算机办公系统软件;

8.          能够经常在农村地区独自出差。

职位七:

项目官员-农村发展及灾害管理


-中国部

(三年合约驻昆明)



该项目官员负责执行乐施会在中国的农村发展及艾滋病项目的策略规划.主要工作围绕与政府及民间机构合作,共同改善贫困农村和艾滋病社区的生产/生活。同时,与政府和民间交流扶贫及艾滋病防治经验,共同探索完善扶贫及救灾/防灾的工作手法.,在艾滋病感染者较多的社区开展感染者生产自救及关爱项目,并与感染者,政府和民间机构探讨艾滋病的相关议题.

主要职责:

1.      与相关政府部门及非政府团体开展并维持良好工作关系,审批、资助、监测及评估合作项目,并提供资金以外的支持(如培训等);

2.      协助乐施会中国部通过信息交流、项目合作、经验分享和相互学习来加强总体项目成效;

3.      与机构其它部门如筹款部、政策和公共教育部、及国际乐施会的工作人员保持联系,以支持与负责农村发展及灾害管理项目相关的传讯、教育及政策倡导工作;

4.      向乐施会中国部农村发展及灾害管理项目驻地项目经理负责;

任职资格

1.      大学本科学历,并在艾滋病、农村生计、灾害管理、项目监测与评估的相关领域中(一项及以上),拥有至少三年工作经验;

2.      对以上的发展议题有优良的分析及策略方向;

3.      对非政府组织的环境及工作有所认识;

4.      具有社会性别视角并认同参与式发展;

5.      熟悉进行合乎文化背景的工作方法并能有创意的开展倡导;

6.      有内驱力、能够犭虫立工作;

7.      能操流利普通话,具中文阅读及写作能力,具英语能力更佳。

8.      能适应及经常出差至偏远地区。
